Terms & Conditions 

To avoid ending up bankrupt, the event organizers aligned the following rules:

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop, if need be. In case of a cancellation you will receive a full reimbursement.

The organizers cannot be held liable for lost property or injuries incurred at the “Black Forest Hop″ workshop. You can always find a replacement taking your spot, according to your role (Lead/Follow). That service will be free. Followers, if your leader cancels his registration, maybe we will have to cancel your registration too. This is to avoid leaders who book a spot with a follower and then don’t show up. The reverse also holds true.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking for any reason before or on April 30th 2020 there is a 50% cancellation fee.

For cancellations after April 30th 2020, no refunds can be granted. All registrations are binding and oblige acceptance and payment. Despite this we allow you to transfer your workshop registration to another person without any fees. We also offer the cancellation of your registration. The above mentioned cancellation fees apply according to the date of your cancellation.

With your registration you accept these terms and policies.

Um zu verhindern, dass wir arm werden, gelten folgende Regeln:

Der Workshop kann unter bestimmten Umständen abgesagt werden. In diesem Fall erhältst Du Dein Geld zurück.

Die Organisatoren übernehmen keine Haftung für Verletzungen oder Diebstähle bei dem “Black Forest Hop” Workshop. Falls Du nicht kommen kannst, kannst Du einen Ersatz suchen, der in der gleichen Rolle tanzt. Dieser Service kostet nichts. Followers, falls euer Leader den Workshop storniert, müssen wir euren Platz ggf. ebenfalls stornieren. Wir machen dies um ein ausgewogenes Leader/Follower Verhältnis zu gewährleisten. Das gleiche gilt im umgekehrten Fall ebenso.

Stornierungen

Falls Du aus irgendwelchen Gründen den Workshop bis einschl. 30. April 2020 stornierst, wird eine Stornogebühr von 50% Deines Tarifs fällig. Für Stornierungen nach dem 30. April 2020 können wir leider keine Erstattungen leisten. Deine Anmeldung ist verbindlich und damit kostenpflichtig. Trotzdem ist es möglich Deinen Platz kostenfrei auf jemand anders übertragen. Selbstverständlich kannst Du Deine Anmeldung auch einfach nur stornieren. Die oben beschriebenen AGBs treffen im Fall einer Stornierung zu.

Mit Deiner Anmeldung akzeptierst Du diese Bedingungen.
